I’m Deanne Miachika—master of multitasking, proud mom, breathwork enthusiast, yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and occasional seeker of quiet moments (we’ve all been there, right?).
My wellness journey began in my early 20s, when I started my career with a little company you might have heard of—lululemon. Though I’d always been active, yoga quickly became my lifeline, teaching me the magic of breath, the power of self-awareness, and the art of staying grounded in life’s whirlwind.
Yoga has been a steady companion for over two decades. Like any relationship, we’ve had our on-and-off moments. But after becoming a parent and facing the unexpected challenges of postpartum anxiety, I found myself drawn back to the mat—this time not just for fitness, but for survival. Parenthood rocked my world in both beautiful and chaotic ways, showing me the importance of finding tools to navigate the demands of life with balance and resilience.
At the same time, I realized the tools I was discovering—yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness—aren’t just for parents. Whether you’re navigating work pressures, relationships, or personal growth, these practices can provide transformative moments of calm, clarity, and connection.
In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and became a certified breathwork facilitator, deepening my understanding of how intentional practices can help anyone reconnect with their inner strength. Breathwork has been my saving grace—a way to reset during life’s chaos, whether it’s the circus of parenting or the relentless pace of modern life.
Now, my mission is to support all people—parents, professionals, caregivers, and anyone feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Through practical, bite-sized strategies and transformative workshops, I aim to help you find calm in the storm, create moments of stillness, and build resilience.
