What to Expect in a Breathwork Session
A 60-minute virtual session is structured into four key parts:
Check-In
We'll start by setting intentions. You’ll share any areas where you're feeling stuck or blocked, and I'll introduce the breathwork technique we’ll be using.Active Breathing
For around 30 minutes, I'll guide you through active breathing while you lie down, supported by music. During this time, it's common to experience physical, mental, or emotional shifts—sometimes all three. Each session is unique, and you may feel deep relaxation, newfound clarity, or even release pent-up emotions.Rest
After the active breathing, you’ll enter a restful state, giving your body space to recharge and integrate the experience.Debrief
We’ll gently come out of the session together, and you’ll have an opportunity to reflect and share your insights before wrapping up.
